With a background in media, communications, and fifteen years of digital project management, she brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to every partnership. She's driven by a simple belief: the way we spend our days is the way we spend our lives. That's why she built Tomorrow Studio to challenge the notion that it's profit or purpose — proving it can be both. From high-level organisational strategy to detailed project execution, she moves seamlessly between the macro and micro, always focused on amplifying impact. While she spends her days connecting with clients, guiding the team, and identifying new opportunities for meaningful change, her real role is creating the conditions for others to do their best work. For her, success is when everyone — team, clients, and community — grows together.
Meet Ange, our Web Designer who loves nothing more than finding the sweet spot between beautiful design and seamless functionality. Drawing on nearly a decade of design experience, she brings both analytical thinking and creative flair to every website she touches. After years in corporate design, Ange found Tomorrow Studio, where she can channel her talents into projects that make a real difference. Her process-driven approach and keen eye for detail ensure our clients' websites not only look amazing but truly deliver accessibility for their users.
As our Studio Manager, Catie believes the best teams are built on diverse perspectives and experiences — a philosophy that shines through in her own unconventional journey from a tech startup in Chicago to business consulting in the equestrian industry in Europe. Now she channels her broad expertise and natural empathy into making sure both our team and projects thrive. Whether she's fine-tuning workflows, supporting the team, or nurturing our culture, Catie's superpower is anticipating needs and making everyone's work life better. After years in target-driven agencies, she found her place at Tomorrow where she can focus on what really matters: creating a positive impact while building a workplace where people genuinely enjoy showing up every day.
As our Digital Designer, Chris has a gift for transforming clients' visions into powerful visual brands that elevate their impact. With a background spanning film, production design, and communication design, he brings a unique eye and fresh perspective to every project. What sets Chris apart is his ability to combine creative flair with process-driven precision — taking clients on a journey from initial concept through to fully realised brand identity, with every logo, colour palette, and visual asset purposefully crafted to tell their story. Chris believes that great design becomes even more meaningful when it helps good businesses shine.
Esther is our talented Marketing & Communications Director. She combines her lifelong love of storytelling with a deep commitment to creating meaningful change. With a rich background spanning journalism, content strategy, and communications leadership in the not-for-profit sector, she brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to every project. Esther empowers others and transforms complex information into clear, impactful strategies. Whether she's co-designing campaigns, mentoring the team, or helping clients amplify their impact, Esther's approach is always guided by a simple philosophy: use your talents in service of others. It's this belief that drew her to Tomorrow Studio, where purpose and creativity come together to make a real difference.
As our Content Producer & Campaign Specialist, Liv is on a mission to make social media a force for good. Drawing from her background in entertainment marketing — where she managed campaigns for major music festivals, theatre companies, and international touring artists (if you've heard of Elton John or Taylor Swift) — she brings creative energy and strategic expertise to every piece of content she creates. Whether she's crafting TikToks, developing advertising campaigns, or building client capabilities, Liv understands that even the smallest piece of content can create meaningful impact. She is here to prove that social media, when done thoughtfully, can be a powerful tool for education, joy, and positive change in the world.
As our Lead UX/UI Designer, Olivia brings over a decade of design expertise and an unwavering commitment to creating websites that work for everyone. Her multi-faceted design journey reflects her lifelong passion for creative problem-solving. Whether she's mapping out user journeys, crafting high-fidelity designs, or mentoring our design team, Olivia ensures every project balances beautiful aesthetics with genuine accessibility. Our Production Manager, Ryan, brings an entrepreneurial spirit and creative soul to the art of making things work better. His journey through the creative industries — from theatre to fashion manufacturing to e-commerce — gives him a unique lens on operations and innovation. While he spends his days developing new systems, managing projects, and supporting our clients and the team, his real passion lies in using creativity to evolve how we work. For Ryan, great operations aren't just about efficiency; they're about building meaningful relationships and creating the conditions for creative work to thrive. He believes in building processes where people come first and every improvement helps amplify our positive impact.
As our Content Writer, Steph brings a passion for words and a unique ability to make ideas resonate with audiences. With a background spanning agency work and client-focused roles, Steph thrives in helping clients articulate their stories with clarity and creativity, always nailing the tone of voice and finding the exact words to make each message land. Known for a meticulous eye, Steph loves nothing more than refining ideas into their most impactful form. Whether through crafting content or bringing warmth and empathy to the team, Steph is committed to creating purposeful work that truly matters.
